It was chosen to design an application that warns and informs users about the areas most prone to traffic accidents in the city of Bogotá, since the design of applications is within our area of knowledge, on the other hand, most of people today have access to mobile devices, because they are essential tools for communication and access to the network. In principle, the mobile application to be designed will work independently, such as Waze or Google Maps, which according to the Maplink web portal are in the top 5 of the most used map and mobility applications by users with Android and iOS operating systems (Medico, 2020).
