In March 2020, the Colombian government declared the health emergency due to COVID-19 in a state of alarm, due to confinement, families had to adapt to new aspects that were carried out in daily life, performing and sharing tasks where All members influenced the student environment, therefore, we want to identify the changes at the family level and the support that the student receives in the face of confinement and also to know if they feel satisfied with the systemic organization of their families. In the present investigation, it is carried out with the objective of analyzing family health in students of the nursing program (UCC) in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, through a cross-sectional quantitative approach study, which was applied through the family health instrument (ISF-GEN21), virtually or to students who are active in the nursing program.
