This paper investigates the factors: economic, social, tourist and environmental; that prospect the ecotourism development of Granada. As was implement a tool based on the methodology of scenarios that refers to local tourism, government support, community training and education at different educational levels. In addition to their respective strategies, addressed to three types of experts: official, empirical and formal of each factor. From which it follows that the scenario of greater acceptance raises training related to ecological tourism in customer service and marketing experiences. To conclude the factors of greatest participation are social, environmental and tourism.
