The Federico Lleras Acosta hospital recognizes the importance of quality in the hospitalization service for the fulfillment of its hospital mission processes. Taking into account that the quality of this service is linked to the degree of confidence that users have and the ability to respond to the results of their activities, it is proposed in this work to verify the current status of the infrastructure and provision of the low complexity hospitalization service. In relation to compliance with the technological and scientific conditions of the single system of authorization for health service providers defined in Resolution 2003 of 2014. This evaluation exercise has the purpose of identifying quality problems and proposals for improvement actions corresponding to their intervention, so that the hospitalization service can be enabled in the Federico Lleras Acosta hospital.
