The present investigation sought to establish the scenario presented grade work modalities and directed research monograph in the Business Administration program of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Economics and Accounting from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia during the years 2009 and 2012; with a sample of 45 jobs randomly chosen degree, of which information was gathered through a questionnaire with questions about the methodology, development and relevance, information was analyzed in order to determine the student's academic development concluding preference issues and research trends, with emphasis on the low interest of students to develop a thesis pro high quality learning and to comply with another requirement to obtain the professional title as business manager.
