This study performs an analysis in the accounting system of the Pet Studio veterinary clinic located in Cerete-Córdoba with the purpose of knowing deeply how truthful is the management of its information, providing recommendations and opportunities for improvement, carrying out this type of study benefits companies in the financial situations that shape their structure if the entity is act to meet its obligations and how competitive it is in the sector highlighting health as a variable and demanded area. This accounting analysis has financial information as raw material, the analysis will be based on antecedents as well as on accounting techniques and notions that guarantee the treatment of the information, achieving alignment with internal and external situations faced by the clinic; With this, the achievement of the projected objectives will be feasible. For the case study of the Pet Studio veterinary clinic, an exploratory methodological design with a qualitative approach was defined, this design allowed to investigate and learn more about the company taking into account the situation in which it is located and the particular characteristics in its accounting system . Concluding, it was found that the clinic has an accounting system that has flaws at the time of generating information, since despite keeping a meticulous record of the movements made by the company, it does not have a chart of accounts that can facilitate understanding of the information, nor does it have an accounting policy manual in which it is indicated in detail how the information generated by the entity should be treated.
