The purpose of this research was to describe family dynamics before and after the unveiling of homosexual sexual orientation in adolescents aged 17 to 19 years. This case study was based on information gathering techniques, through the semi-structured interview applied to four adolescents. Which allowed the analysis of data, through the matrix of weaknesses, opportunities, strengths, threats (DOFA). The analyzed data suggest some changes in family dynamics, also less social support for homosexual adolescents, generating problems at a psychological and social level.
