The purpose of this graduate work was to make a differentiation in resilient factors and personality traits in cocaine and cannabis impact substance consumers residents of the Luz Maria del Carmen Enciso Sede Chinauta foundation, with the objectives of describing and identifying differences and similarities in personality traits and resilient factors in cocaine and cannabis users, for this semi-structured interviews were conducted for the classification of the participants, having performed this procedure the 16 PF instruments were applied to measure Personality and the IRES to measure Resilience, with the In order to measure the two variables and be able to establish this comparison, for which a statistical analysis of FASH was used for each scale of the tests, this statistical analysis found that for the resilience variable the majority of cocaine and cannabis users have equality in the perseverance factor yd differences in resilient factors: positive attitude, coping, sense of humor, religiosity, self-efficacy, optimism and orientation to the goal and for the personality variable FASHION was greater for cocaine and cannabis users have equality in the following features: affability, reasoning, emotional stability, attention to standards, daring, sensitivity, abstraction, privacy and self-sufficiency and present differences in features such as: dominance, animation, vigilance, openness to change, apprehension and tension.
