The paper exposes the social problems, a person who is deprived of his freedom living in a prison in the country. In Colombia the different prison through one of its worst moments, due to overcrowding, recidivism, corruption, among others, which prevails in them, this rooted to a latent problem of lack of education, unemployment and low commitment of prisons to fulfill his duty as a center of resocialization.
