Support in the preparation and execution of the 2015 annual plan for training, welfare and incentives for officials of the Government of Huila. Review the relevant documentation of training plans from previous periods to guide the action plan to be carried out. Determine the population and sample to which the data collection instrument to be used must be applied. Apply the survey on the various training needs, incentives, welfare and occupational health required by the officials of the departmental central administration and analyze the results obtained. Apply in practice the knowledge acquired in the Business Administration career at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia.
