t is known that at present we have information and communication technology, which is present in most areas, whether public or private; Thanks to information and communication technology, there is a great availability of tools that are structured according to the needs of individuals or companies. One of them and the focus of this work is Document Management since it has an indispensable job in any company since it depends on the structuring and characterization of each of these for the success or handling of documents. Mainly the focus of the problem is the one that arises through the documentary management in the regulatory department of the health entities of each municipality of Tolima and specifically in the demand for documents that comply with multiple actions such as updating data, registration data, data security among others, where beneficiaries have the right to do so by compliance with Law 1438 of 2011
