This project is focused on a recreation and leisure center for the elderly in the city of Barrancabermeja, providing well-being to the family member who is in charge at this stage of life. For this reason, a market research is carried out where it was determined that the level of acceptance is positive, as well as the desire on the part of the target population to take this service. Once analyzed that there is no direct competition, the technical, logistical requirements for the operation of the home, the administrative organization, the study and the financial analysis that shows a positive NPV and IRR are presented. The service to be offered makes a great social contribution since it seeks the tranquility of the older adult and the person who has him in charge. It should be noted that it does not generate a negative environmental impact because the effects on the environment are not harmful and preventive actions are available to mitigate it. It is feasible from the point of view of research, financial, social and environmental.
