This document contains, initially, a contextualization of the company SMARTOOLS COMPANY SAS with NIT 900564440-2 which has the need to implement work budgets in its electrical infrastructure projects, a need that begins to be met with the support of the practitioner by implement the OPUS software in the company's Aldebarán de Berdez, Altos del Valle and La Castellana projects. Implementation that is carried out through three objectives (1. carry out and collect the necessary information for the elaboration of the budgets, 2. Calculate the amounts of work according to the electrical designs of the projects, 3. implement and control budgets in the OPUS software for civil works of electrical infrastructure), which were supported by different activities such as technical visits to the projects and finally a clear report of the costs of the projects is made.
