This monograph aims to publicize the importance of icts in the teaching-learning process, taking into account a vulnerable population due to scarce economic resources, where their social stratum is 1 and the centers where they attend their basic education do not have access to internet, they are talking about commune No. 9, especially the Alberto Galindo neighborhood. Within this monograph, several points are touched on, such as imparting knowledge by giving tutorials about the use of the computer and some Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Windows, Excel). As the number of students is high, around 1,500, and the computers are very limited to 15. A small group from each institution had to be selected to be able to train them, in addition, the contribution made to the pilositos program is a didactic software that teaches students students to know our region.
