This article describes the results of one of the specific objectives of the study "Social representations of men and women in the process of social reintegration in the municipality of Arauca", aiming at recognizing the ideas and beliefs surrounding the process of social reintegration of the demobilized. The methodology used corresponded to a qualitative approach with a narrative approach, through the technique of free association. With the same it was determined that the central ideas around the process of child reintegration: From the satisfaction to be part of the process, mainly by the dimensions in which the family is involved; Of the nonconformity by the housing situation and of job opportunity and The concern for the guarantees of security and privacy of the information about its subversive antecedents.
