The objective of the social business and solidarity practice carried out in the large animal clinic was; The classification of the casuistry of the large animal clinic to establish the database through a retrospective analysis. A selection of 50 medical records from the archives of the large animal clinic was made, which were classified from the oldest to the most recent, with this information already organized, the collection of the contained data was made, such as the owner's data, patient data, the reason for consultation, and thus, it was possible to consolidate the information and perform the analysis of patient movements in the clinic. Based on this information, the analysis of the casuistry was achieved and it was possible to evidence the flow of animals that there is per year, the species with the highest influx in the period 2017 - 2019, the surgeries performed more frequently and the main reason for consultation It was also possible to conclude that the main care of the large animal clinic is the equines, at the same time, the ninth semester students who rotated through the clinic facilities were trained in the consignment of the clinical history data.
