The present research developed as a business practice, whose main objective is to supervise and accompany the construction process of family housing apartments in the San Antonio neighborhood in the city from Villavicencio, Meta, aims not only to address the most important characteristics of the construction process used in the construction company involved in the process, but to put into practice the knowledge obtained throughout the university career in order to bring the theoretical to the practical and obtain comprehensive training. Work experience is an indispensable requirement when aspiring for a job, which is why the execution of social, business and solidarity practice as a degree modality was carried out in order to acquire said experience and get a little closer to the labor reality that awaits us. The work contains the pertinent information regarding the elaboration of the practices in the company Kineret S.A.S Investments and constructions, three fundamental questions are immersed in it for the realization of any activity such as: What is going to be done ?, Where it's going to be done? And how is it going to be done? Throughout it, each of these questions is answered and 3 phases are broken down that were approached in the elaboration of the practice as they are: internal audit of the construction processes of apartments of family housing, construction of documents for the supervision of the labor competence of the personnel and of the material acquired and supplied to the employees of the work and to carry out a structural inspection of each one of the projects addressed in the realization of the practice.
