The Chingaza National Natural Park is located in the eastern Andes mountain range, northeast of Bogotá; It is part of the most important ecological reserves in the world and the Aqueduct; owner of 27 thousand hectares; works on their protection; conservation and surveillance. It is planned to develop a surveillance camp called Goullas, which is carried out by the company IGRAMA S.A.S. This company presents difficulties in the execution of its works, since there are no tools that facilitate these processes and those who have this monitoring and control function do not perform it regularly, either because of those influenced by the lack of human capital. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to use the Excel Project software to monitor the activities of the construction project in such a way that it contributes to improving the planning and execution processes, contributing positively to the company, showing information valuable for further research and making data extrapolation possible. The results obtained affirm that the software has the capacity to store and process information such as activities, processes, expected times, workers, materials and costs. From these, it enables the creation of a Gantt chart, revealing the critical path, characterized by the installation. distribution of pipes and 42 of the 69 activities of the work, the projected date for the completion of the work is also known, dated May 20, 2022, considering only business days.
