This systematic literature review will be developed around the problem of the mass transportation system of the city of Barranquilla Transmetro, as well as the development of its infrastructure in the last 10 years. In this vein, it was highly relevant to specify the possible benefits that are obtained as a result of the implementation of the mass transportation system of the city of Barranquilla Transmetro. In addition to this, the impact of a BRT mass transportation system, Transmetro, on land use and mobility changes within its area of influence was characterized. Likewise, it was necessary to describe in detail the relationship between the supply and the projected and actual demand of the Transmetro mass transportation system.
