This proposal aims to design a psychological first aid protocol for adults between the ages of 18 and 60 with states of anxiety in the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that psychological professionals have tools for the timely attention of these problems. For the development of this proposal, the Slaikeu psychological first aid model and the Barroso crisis intervention model are proposed, which allows the proposed protocol to be carried out in compliance with the needs of the population. Likewise, the use of the qualitative approach with a descriptive type design is proposed for the development of this proposal, proposed by Hernandez, Fernández and Baptista, which allows to recognize the importance of this type of protocols in the established problem situation in addition to Identify the strategies that are adequate to intervene in anxiety attacks in the established population. From the development of the proposal, it was found that the protocols as an intervention strategy allow psychology professionals to have tools to manage these problems, being aware of the possible impact on the population.
