Provide technical support to the computer equipment of the warehouse of the Municipal Town Hall of Villavicencio (Meta). For this, a diagnosis of the different platforms, computer equipment and other computer resources was made. This diagnosis was carried out by applying an analysis matrix, which was contrasted with interviews with each internal user. Among the findings, the municipal Warehouse has 14 computer equipment, which only 5 provided good service, 7 operated in mid-gear, a situation that put the information contained therein at risk, as well as its operators, while the 2 Remaining equipment was in total failure. In accordance with the diagnosis made to the different platforms and computer equipment available in the warehouse, maintenance of the equipment's software and hardware was achieved, in addition to offering the instructions table for the platforms that this unit has and thus guarantee agility in the processes.
