Propuesta de mejora para optimizar la gestión documental en el proceso de recepción de documentos que son requisitos de grado de las Unidades Tecnológicas de Santander sede Barrancabermeja
In this project improvement proposal to optimize document management in the process of reception of documents that are degree requirements of the technological units of Santander sede Barrancabermeja, an investigation is carried out to propose a solution to those who present a document process are requirements to be able to graduate students in the technological units of Santander sede Barrancabermeja, which generates problems in decision-making due to the manual form as it is carried out in this process, since in some circumstances there is no evidence physical that the works have been delivered, the payments of the modality, or the institutional formats this caused by the deterioration or in the worst case by the loss of said evidence, on the other hand another problem was concluded and it is the breach of the delivery times and evaluation of degree projects by students and appraisers. To solve the problem raised, the objective is to build a proposal or route plan for the management of these documents in this undergraduate process at the technological units of Santander sede Barrancabermeja using improvement strategies such as information systems. The development of the research is theoretically based on studies carried out on: information systems, use case methodology, administrative procedures and degree projects. As a result of the research, an efficient and effective institutional route plan or proposal is obtained that will reduce response times and improve the information in document management in the management of the degree process in the technological units of Santander sede Barrancabermeja, in addition of the research project; and it concludes with a system that improves institutional document management, saving time and avoiding reprocessing, which, as in any institution, becomes organization and control.
