Solving problems in the field of computer systems is a daily and constant evolution in the life of companies and organizations. For this project, a database with a web interface is developed, which allows the management of the information of the users of a dental office, the project is developed with the purpose of solving the complications, which are had in the treatment of the information and establish agility in communication with customers. The most effective procedure to manage information is to maintain communication and agility with customers, maintain an online service that allows sending and receiving information at all times through the established web page, as well as keeping customer information available for use and download.
