With the implementation of operations research tools, many companies have the quality of their services and control their activities, thus making decisions for the continuous improvement of all their processes. In this work, improvement proposals are formulated to optimize the long waiting times in the medication dispensing process at Ips Medicarte SA, this in order to increase patient satisfaction, avoid congestion within the Ips facilities and avoid disagreements about the services provided.
