This report focuses on the completion of the degree modality chosen to aspire to the title of civil engineer, corresponding to a social business and solidarity practice which was carried out in la Cámara de Comercio de Santa Marta para el Magdalena en el programa Empréndelo The Emprendelo program is a program of la Cámara de Comercio de Santa Marta para el Magdalena that seeks to provide support to all those entrepreneurs and businessmen in the department to maintain their sustainability in the market and promote an increase in their level of formality in the business environment; The above making use of the skills of businessmen and entrepreneurs through workshops, diagnoses, consultancies, and mentoring. During the stay in the program, roles were obtained both as a guide consultant and as a business consultant, in which follow-up activities of the entrepreneurs were carried out, corroborating attendance at different events, sending forms and deliverables, and consulting regarding the operational processes component. that allowed to exercise and transmit the different knowledge learned during undergraduate training more specifically in quality management, planning and management of works and professional ethics.
