The guide is not used or applied because there are no environmental education and awareness processes, people do not have the information, they do not have the training and they are unaware of the problem. Waste management is based on two very important factors, the first is awareness based on the generation of positive or negative feelings in the face of bad practices that are being carried out with waste, the second is based on decision-making, knowing that it is what generates the poor disposal of waste, and with the two previous factors, it is achieved in practice, where action is taken to solve the problem.
