The BIM methodology is a design modality, it is a modality that allows different professionals immersed in the area of ​​construction and design, this methodology allows professionals focused on a construction project to work jointly on the architectural part, the structural part, the networks and finishes that carry all the construction processes. Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows a community and continuous communication to exist among all professionals focused on macro and micro projects, thus generating efficiency in all construction processes for the completion of the different projects. The coordination of the works and the construction processes have a very high organization and execution process in each one of the phases of the planning schedule, it is for this reason that this software focuses on processing information and designing in a very precise way all construction processes, intensifies the mitigation of problems that may arise in the different phases of the projects and the identification of problems that may arise in the short, medium and long term, which are quantified in cost and time overruns.
