Discriminación de género: una estrategia preventiva que se presenta en el Contexto Escolar en Niños y Niñas de 4 a 5 Años en el Colegio Rural José Celestino Mutis, de la ciudad de Bogotá
The interest of the present investigation consists of describing the discrimination that is presented in the School Context in Boys and Girls from 4 to 5 years in the Rural School Jose Celestino Mutis, of the city of Bogota, where from the observation, the students, have shown different problems to maintain a pleasant and pleasant environment in the development of the classes, showing discriminatory behaviors of gender, aggressive, intolerant, disrespect, indiscipline, which could be improved consolidating the school coexistence. In fact, the research presented a qualitative methodology, under the design of an Action-Research. In fact, the population was made up of 25 boys and girls aged 4 to 5 from the José Celestino Mutis Rural School located in Bogotá. The sample consisted of 10 students (5 boys and 5 girls); 4 to 5 Years of School. A non-probabilistic, intentional or convenience type of sampling was presented. The categorization of data in order to collect the necessary information for the research consisted of discrimination and school context. Therefore, strategies were designed through the implementation of workshops to reduce discrimination presented in the school context, which promote the development of training in skills for the promotion of tolerance, assertive communication, solidarity, respect, teamwork, the development of socialization skills and the strengthening of psychosocial support networks. Finally, the game was highlighted as a facilitator of reflexive processes, where from the incorporation of didactic strategies a favorable environment for coexistence is configured, which constitutes a good starting point to think about the game as a possible methodological tool for the decrease of school discrimination.
