Today, as a result of the various situations of crisis and natural disasters of which we are witnesses and / or participants, the importance of the provision of psychological help is observed both for those who suffer these catastrophes and for the professionals involved. It is important to be clear that traumatic event situations are frequent in the general population and that sequelae can be mitigated by providing basic care through psychological first aid.
