In the first instance, the management of the information of the collegiate bodies in the educational institutions, especially in the Systems Engineering program of the Cooperative University of Colombia presents difficulties for its processing, since they do not have software that helps them to register, organize , monitoring and control of cases treated in committee meetings and faculty council. Given this fact, this working group proposed the development of an application that facilitates the management of information and in essence allows the monitoring and control of the cases analyzed by the collegiate bodies. The project was initially developed with a sequential methodology in the requirements analysis and design phases. Subsequently, an evolutionary development was used for the construction and testing phase of the required functional modules. The product obtained is a prototype of the application, developed with an Oracle 11g express database engine and the Apex tool. This prototype will be the basis for the development of a more complete application from the point of view of security and access.
