Guayabetal, is a municipality of the department of Cundinamarca and is located on the Bogotá - Villavicencio road; this is a road that in mid-2018 has been manifesting multiple critical situations such as large-scale landslides that impede the road, unforeseen bridge collapses, land subsidence, etc. As a result of this problem, one of the sectors of the region most affected by these events are the arepaproducing microenterprises, especially those in Guayabetal. That said, external factors are identified after the application of a survey recognizing situations such as closures and blockades of the Bogotá - Villavicencio road, increased competition, scarce raw material in the municipality and other factors that affect the activity of these companies that are analyzed in the matrixes EFE, Vulnerability, PESTEL and Vester diagnostic matrices. Subsequently, a proposal for an action plan has been made, the activities of which seek the way for micro-enterprises to manage to mitigate this negative effect caused by external factors, this plan meets the objectives proposed within it and contributes to the growth and development of each micro company.
