The purpose of social practice as a degree modality, in the Departmental Health Secretary of Magdalena, is to support Public Health activities within the framework of the PIC Collective Intervention Plan, these actions are aimed at promoting health, quality of life, disease prevention and risk control, through a set of interventions, procedures and group and community activities. This report describes the monitoring and evaluation actions carried out in the Magdalena Departmental Health Secretary of the PIC 2021 actions carried out by the hospitals of: Algarrobo, Aracataca, Ariguaní, Chibolo, Concordia, El Reten, Fundación, Nueva Granada , Pedraza, Remolino, Santa Ana, San Sebastián, San Zenón and Zona Bananera, which contribute to improving health.
