The objective of this research is to carry out a diagnosis that determines the current state of the critical aspects that generate significant problems during the development of civil works in companies in the construction sector in the municipality of Neiva. Then, the different engineering tools applicable to the problems found in the evaluation will be identified and described, opening new fields of research in which these proposed methodologies are applied. Carry out a strategic diagnosis of companies in the construction sector located in the municipality of Neiva. Determine the critical aspects of the construction industry through a panel of experts. Design the diagnostic instrument for the evaluation of the critical aspects found in the panel of experts. Execute the diagnosis of the construction companies located in the municipality of Neiva based on the previously established design.
