The investigations of different dental pathologies among horses have been facilitated by the improvement and the number of consultations of treatments and preventive procedures, as they are processes that can cause stress, poor nutrition and colic. To contribute to the study of dental pathologies prevalence, a sample of 14 animals (12 females and 2 males) of Creole and Quarter-mile breeds was examined, recording the dental pathologies detected. The results showed that in 42% (n=6) there was presence of first premolar ("wolf tooth").
