The refrigeration sector is a little known and little worked sector of the economy since it requires a very high capital and special permits to distribute its products, however in a very influential sector both in the economic sector and in the health sector and recreational, in this document the small companies in this sector will be analyzed from an economic point of view and their influence and importance for Colombia will be determined in order to finish their importance and influence both in the economy and in the pandemic.
