The following research project was carried out by nursing students, applied to professional nurses with experience in palliative care who are of age, without any type of cognitive or motor disability, residents of the municipality of Bucaramanga-Santander. Through qualitative research we understand the meanings from which to make the diary of the nurse in palliative care from a care work, which integrates aspects from the spiritual, emotional and administrative, as a method of data collection was performed a semi-structured interview that had 5 questions, each interview was recorded and later transcribed.
