The overproduction of waste is a global concern. The widespread use of single-use products in everyday life has led to an exponential increase in the amount of waste generated. This phenomenon is aggravated by the lack of environmental education in society. The lack of knowledge about proper waste management and the absence of a culture of separation and recycling have contributed to the problem. As a result, much waste that could be reused or recycled ends up being treated as garbage, thus losing the opportunity to have a second purpose.
