The following investigation has as purpose to implement a new system of order and storage of the different products distributed by the company FUNDEBAN to the different places of scarce resources of Magdalena department and its surroundings. It stipulates the reasons why the project should be carried out, and the expected solution to this problem. To approach the subject with greater clarity it was concluded that the best thing was to break down the project into different phases, the first consists of project planning, the second with the structure of the company, and the third phase with the conclusion and research strategies.
