This article shows the results of an applied research, in which they were evaluated psychosocial risk factors of 208 workers of two companies in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, through the battery of psychosocial risk provided by the Ministry of Social Protection. The results threw high levels of stress in the population (68%) which means a high risk for the company, whereby some strategies were proposed which seek to contribute to the reduction of the psychosocial risk associated with stress, which can be implemented in different types of organizations.
