The present work shows the development of a business idea for the creation and start-up of the company producing and commercializing eggs with social name AVICOLA JAICAS. From the economic point of view, the company has important perspectives in the local and departmental market, having as added value the quality and appearance of Creole egg that will make this a product similar to the desired Creole egg. This idea hopes to satisfy the needs of the Araucanian market, due to the high purchase volumes and the low supply, taking into account that it is a product that does not require much technology for production, making the process an economic and sustainable procedure. With this project it is also expected to provide a source of direct employment to at least 7 families and indirectly to more than 15 family groups, contributing in this way to the regional economy and social development.
