These components are revealed five factors: Acceptance and social integration, social recognition, self-esteem / self-concept, Self Development, Power and Security. And by applying an additional questionnaire to assess the working conditions of employees, based on their type of contract with the school. According to the results of the test working conditions, psychosocial motivation scale and the discussion presented, it was found that employees' work motivation is affected more by intrinsic factors are obtained from the subject, which factorsextrinsic are those given by the organization, because the test for working conditions, employees said they were dissatisfied and even then its motivation, is satisfactory.
