Rapi Delights is called the business plan that seeks to offer its customers a variety of dishes for different tastes. The goal is to satisfy the needs of customers, providing them with a high quality service. Likewise, the implementation of the business contributes to the formation of companies in the region and helps create new jobs that allow improving the quality of life of the people who are part of this business. The methodology used in the development of the business plan proposes a descriptive scheme, which describes and evaluates certain characteristics of the market and the neighborhood where the business is to be implemented. For example, it describes customer expectations and needs when purchasing a service in a restaurant, as well as their tastes and preferences, which allows extracting information to develop the segmentation of the restaurant's target audience. For this, a survey was applied randomly to 170 people from the Parcelas de San Carlos sector in the city of Villavicencio - Meta. The information obtained allowed the analysis of the different variables that are required in the market study, recognizing the viability of the business plan. The result is that 85% of the people surveyed in the sector consider it a good idea, and they agree that this undertaking is carried out. In conclusion, once the feasibility of the project has been determined, the respective projections of the restaurant will be elaborated, the study reveals the need for a business to be implemented in this sector since it does not exist in the place, thus determining the costs, expenses, prices of sale according to the analysis of the market applied to the population. Based on these results, market and administrative strategies are created to launch the Rapi Delicias Restaurant.
