An analysis of the work of monitors degree of solidarity between the years 2009 and 2012, which allows to establish and identify the panorama, its completion and the final presentation of the documents, as well as determine if they meet the requirements demanded by the Cooperative University. According to this perspective, we analyzed the applicability of the projects in terms of issues of entrepreneurship, social economy and cooperatives that are of great interest to the university, as it speaks not only to educate and train leaders but also political criteria cooperatives, on the other hand is determined the shortcomings and difficulties arising from reports runtime, the results reflected not consistent with the findings and the need for projects to ensure solidarity contribution to the sector's contribution to national development.
