The purpose of this reflective graduation article is to describe and analyze: What is the current problem with solidarity economy organizations in relation to their associates? As we well know non-profit organizations, as the word indicates, they do not have a monetary objective but social, Due to the fact that its great goal is oriented towards the common good, which seeks a better quality of life for everyone. In Colombia, with the passing of the years, a solidarity culture has always been a priority, which always tries to support and promote equitable financial markets and a social development initiative, with a series of values based on equality, solidarity and group cooperation. It is noted that this sector has been evolving favorably in all regions of the country, despite the hostile environment, which is presented by some business organizations in the industry and trade sector. But each time, Colombian families flock to meet their demands for goods and services in these cooperatives, pre-cooperatives, mutual associations, employee funds and others. The analysis carried out throughout this work is useful to know the heart that moves this initiative, we speak of the associate as the most important person in non-profit organizations, because right or wrong thanks to the work done by him and the continuous delivery of his contributions, these small private companies continue to find corporate sustainability in the globalization of non-governmental entities, which is why it is of great interest that the associate is clear about all his rights and benefits, that he feels part of what will impact society and will mainly bring out a cultural change, thus promoting a sense of belonging for what undoubtedly belongs to him and is ours, too.
