"Upa Llano" is a company of regional origin (eastern plains) that produces and markets clothing based on the cultural identity of the Orinoquia. The company is part of the secondary and tertiary sector of the economy insofar as it is dedicated to the production of goods, but also to the commercialization of said products. Upa Llano's productive chain is characterized by having commercial and strategic allies that intervene in the commercialization of the products offered by the company. The general objective of the project is to carry out the "Upa Llano" business plan, which leads to comprehensive knowledge of the company's position in the market and the projection of the business over time. The methodology that was used in the preparation of this document is of an exploratory type based on quantitative foundations (projections of income and expenses, sales estimation) and qualitative (market study, analysis of actual and potential competitors, conclusions of the plan)
