The Corporation for the Integral Development of Intelligences, is an organization with 15 years in the social sector that develops programs and projects aimed at mitigating violence, poverty and promoting education as a way to close the gaps of exclusion in the Colombian territory. . It has been present in the Urabá subregion for more than a decade with innovative proposals that promote participation, values and harmony between people and the environment. These types of corporations represent about 90% of the companies in the country and employ 65% of the workforce. These have been among the hardest hit in the pandemic and, in addition to being in a reactivation process, in the coming years they will have to face the new tax burdens left by the Social Investment Law, such as the increase in the corporate income at 35%. The economic outlook in Colombia has had a positive performance in the midst of the reactivation of different sectors, which led to a growth of 17.6 percent of GDP being reported during the second quarter of this year compared to the data for the same period of last year. Since education has been considered a right, and a service that can be provided by individuals, the concern arises in knowing what are the benefits offered by the State to those who decide to help in the formation of children and adolescents in respect , human rights, peace, democracy, recreation, cultural, scientific, technological improvement and for the protection of the environment. For this reason, in the work presented below, information is collected about the legal requirements, applicable taxes, tax benefits, income, profitability and value of the income tax paid by educational institutions belonging to the private sector in our country.
