This paper describes all logistic operations strategies implemented by companies engaged in commercial activities. Nowadays, modern logistics is linked to business management as it is the decision to establish the supply chain and everything related to the handling of the merchandise from its place of origin to its destination (final customer). Therefore, logistics and strategy are terminologies that are interrelated in a business organization giving great advantages in international trade, however, there are risks in transport logistics and later in the supply chain which operators must have a contingency plan that allow compliance with the delivery target, establishing competitive parameters that help in such a globalized and demanded market
