This investigative study is presented around the implementation of a guidance tool aimed at victims of the armed conflict that facilitates the processes of approaching projects and proposals that guarantee participation for the resignification and reconstruction of the social network. For this, it is proposed to carry out an analysis of the problem in the territory of influence, taking into account contextual aspects such as the situation of the victims, institutions, legislation, JEP problems, perspectives related to the principles of justice, reconciliation, forgiveness. and restoration. Based on each of these aspects, processes of documentary inquiry and reflective analysis are carried out from an objective position and in response to the objective of this study.
