The purpose of this bibliographical review is to study the risk factors and relevant causes that affect suicide, but aimed at women and adolescents who are victims of domestic violence, from this perspective it is intended to cover issues such as domestic violence, sexual and economic violence, especially in women and adolescents who are the ones who are mainly affected by this health phenomenon and this based on different investigations focused on this risk factor (domestic violence), and although there is evidence of actions to mitigate this phenomenon, it is also possible to say that it has now been normalized. and therefore has a high risk of continuing to occur, this leads to the conclusion that it is important that the entities in charge carry out more visible strategies to reduce this phenomenon that has become a real public health problem and that with the passing of time leaves consequences not only for the person who commits the behavior but also for their main support networks.
