The following research strives to analyze the actions and perceptions of teachers and students within educational practices, classroom management, educational monitoring, and educational management components as part of the continuous improvement from the educational institute, Jose Miguel de la Calle. Starting by identifying the institutional issues that arise from external evaluations and academic performance during the school year. As well as, taking into consideration the institutional inquiries regarding the educational challenges that arise in Colombia since the eighties. Decentralizing and transforming education to be able to meet the real contextual needs while developing the skills.
